Records Request Form

To request a police report from the Eaton Police Division you can fill out the request form online below, e-mail us at records@eatonpolice.org, or call our Records Department, Tonya Hickman at 937-456-5531.

Requests will be fulfilled as soon as possible and will typically be made available on Wednesdays and Fridays.  

*Please note that the background checks we provide consist only of records on file with the Eaton Police Division.  They do not include records from other agencies and we do not provide BCI or FBI background checks.  For BCI/FBI background checks you can contact the Preble County Jail at 937-456-6262.
