The Eaton Police Division would like for you to complete this survey anytime you've had a positive or negative experience with one of our employees. Please fill it out and submit it with your thoughts on the service you received from the time you contacted the dispatcher, until the police officer arrived, and up to the conclusion of the incident, whether a suspect was identified or not. *Please be sure to check our "Staff Directory" page to verify the person you would like to commend, complain about, or compliment, is in fact employed by the EPD. We appreciate all feedback, but have also received feedback on individuals who have no affiliation with our agency.
