Business Emergency & After Hours Information Form

The Eaton Police Division’s 911 Communications Center is equipped with a Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) that provides first responders with critical information when responding to an emergency.  The system has the ability to associate your name, address, or both, with special information or instructions that can greatly assist first responders if called to provide emergency/after-hour assistance to your business.  

If there is any important information or special instructions you would like to provide us with that you feel would assist us if called to your place of business, we will enter the information into our CAD system.  

All information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used in the event of an emergency.
